GMSV 3 Years Free Scheduled Servicing – Terms & Conditions
GMSV Chevrolet Silverado 1500 (ZR2 and LTZ) and GMC Yukon Denali
OFFER OVERVIEW
All new Chevrolet Silverado 1500 (ZR2 and LTZ) AND GMC Yukon Denali vehicles delivered to customers between 1st April 2026 and close of business 5pm on 30 June 2026 (unless extended or withdrawn earlier) are eligible to claim the three (3) Years Free Servicing offer (“Offer”).
This Offer is provided by General Motors Australia and New Zealand Pty Ltd (ABN 84 006 893 232), trading as General Motors Specialty Vehicles (GMSV), located at 80 Turner Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207 ("GMSV").
In order to claim the Offer customers must ensure that they comply with the servicing schedule set out in their vehicle’s Owner’s Manual.
INCLUSIONS
The Offer includes up to 3 scheduled services that must be used within 36 months from date of delivery or 36,000km’s (whichever is earlier), as specified by the GMSV Silverado Owner’s Manual.
Each scheduled service includes the service items listed in the GMSV Silverado Owner’s Manual as required at the time or distance intervals prescribed by the scheduled Service.
- Performed by an authorised GMSV Dealer or Service Outlet; Authorised Dealers and Service Outlets can be found at https://www.gmspecialtyvehicles.com/locate-dealer
- Completed in accordance with the service intervals and requirements outlined in the vehicle’s Owner’s Manual and
- Booked in advance, subject to availability.
EXCLUSIONS
The Offer does not include:
- Any other service item, part, repair, consumable, labour or any other work or improvement on the Vehicle that is not listed in the GMSV Silverado Owner’s Manual as well as the service items listed under the “Additional Service Requirements”
- Any items classified as "wear and tear" (e.g. tyres, brake pads, batteries, wiper blades);
- Additional maintenance or repairs recommended due to vehicle usage, age or condition;
- Non-scheduled servicing or services performed outside of the eligible period or kilometre limit;
- Costs associated with missed service intervals or delays outside of the allowable schedule;
- Towing, roadside assistance, or any third-party service charges.
ELIGIBILITY & TRANSFERABILITY
- The Offer is only available to private buyers and ABN holders using the vehicle for business purposes, excluding rental, government, and fleet buyers.
- The Offer is not redeemable for cash or other services.
- The Offer is non-transferable to another vehicle but remains valid for the original vehicle for the eligible servicing period, regardless of ownership.
GENERAL
- Customers must retain proof of servicing through authorised GMSV dealerships to maintain the Offer's validity.
- Failure to adhere to the recommended service intervals may void will result in that service claim being forfeited and the customer may need to pay for the service.
- GMSV reserves the right to modify, extend or withdraw the Offer with notice, subject to local regulatory requirements.
