The Corvette Bathurst 12HR Experience
The Corvette Bathurst Experience pack (The ‘experience’) is available to purchasers of any C8 Corvette from a GMSV Dealer in Australia or New Zealand between 10 Nov 2025 and 31 Jan 2026 (Program period).
The experience is provided by GM Australia Pty Ltd, and is facilitated by Octane Events Pty Ltd. The date of the Corvette Bathurst Experience is 13-15 February 2026 in Bathurst NSW and provides the opportunity for the purchaser to experience the Meguair’s Bathurst 12 Hour GT Racing event.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1. Available to purchasers of any new C8 Corvette from a GMSV Dealer in Australia or New Zealand between November 10, 2025 and 31 January 2026.
2. Customer must sign a purchase contract that includes VIN, expected delivery date, and a minimum 10% deposit.
3. All MY24/25 Corvette sales must be delivered by 31 January 2026.
4. MY26 Corvette orders will be eligible based on point 2 above
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The experience entitlements are only available to the purchaser of the Corvette (as nominated on the sales contract).
The purchaser may nominate an additional guest to attend with them, and they will enjoy the same experiences as the purchaser except for the Corvette (road car) track experience.
The purchaser may not substitute another attendee for themselves. In the event that the purchaser and or their guest cannot attend the event then they will forfeit their entitlements to the experience.
The experience may not be substituted for cash, and the dates, inclusions and other benefits cannot be modified other than described in the program marketing material.
The guest of the purchaser must be over the age of 18.
In the event that the sales contract on the vehicle is cancelled (all customers) and the delivery of the vehicle does not take place prior to 31 January 2026 (MY24/25 customers), and the purchaser has taken the experience, then GM ANZ reserves the right to charge the purchaser for the cost of the experience which has an estimated value of $8,000.
Accommodation will be provided as part of the experience, with check in Friday 13 Feb and check out Monday 16 Feb 2026. GM ANZ will pay for room costs only and the purchaser is required to cover any incidental costs for the stay for them and their guest. Accommodation may be located in Bathurst or in nearby towns as required – where the accommodation offered is not in Bathurst itself GM ANZ will provide transfers to and from the track each day.
Accommodation will be provided to a minimum 3.5 star standard, with details provided to the purchaser by Octane Events. As accommodation is extremely limited at the event there will be no opportunity to choose between alternative hotels than that suggested and made available by Octane events on behalf of GMANZ. If the purchaser chooses not to take up the accommodation made available to them by Octane Events then there is no refund available to the purchaser for the value of that alternative accommodation.
Accommodation is provided on a twin share basis – i.e. one room per vehicle purchase for the customer and their guest
There are no transfers to and from Bathurst provided as part of the experience - or transfer to and from the race track each day
No meals or drinks are provided outside of the corporate hospitality suite during the event.
The Corvette (road car) ride experience is one lap of the Mount Panorama circuit in a Corvette with a professional driver - and will be made available to the vehicle purchaser only and not their guest.
The Fringe Benefit Tax liability and reporting obligations, which may be payable as a consequence of receiving incentive is the sole responsibility of each participant. Participants are strongly encouraged to seek independent tax advice to determine their individual FBT obligations and ensure compliance with all relevant Australian taxation laws.
